Prohibited activity
You must not use HydroWebs for:
- illegal activity of any kind;
- fraud or deceptive practices;
- phishing or credential theft;
- spam or unauthorized bulk outreach;
- distributing malware or harmful code;
- harassment, threats or abusive behaviour;
- attempting to access another business’s workspace or data;
- attacking, probing or exploiting HydroWebs systems;
- denial-of-service attacks or other resource abuse;
- bypassing usage, team or subscription limits;
- excessive automated scraping;
- infringing intellectual property rights;
- unauthorized processing of personal data;
- uploading information you have no right to use;
- using AI features or automations to facilitate illegal activity.
Enforcement
HydroWebs may restrict, limit or suspend access where use is seriously abusive, unlawful, or puts the service or other customers at risk.
