Website services
HydroWebs currently offers the following website packages:
- Starter Website — from $499
- Growth Website — from $999
- Custom Website — custom quote
“From” prices are starting prices. The final scope and price depend on the specific project. Additional features, extra revisions, integrations, ecommerce, automation, copywriting or content work, and custom systems may cost extra.
Project scope may be agreed through messages, email, a proposal, an invoice, or another written agreement. Customers are responsible for supplying the content, assets, access, information and approvals needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these can delay delivery, and work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.
Third-party services, domains, plugins, software or licenses may carry separate costs, which are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Revisions are limited to what is agreed for the project; we do not offer unlimited revisions.
Project payments
- A deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins.
- The payment schedule is agreed before work begins.
- Work may be paused if agreed payments are overdue.
- Custom work that has already been completed may not be refundable simply because a customer changes their mind.
- Refund rights remain subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and to applicable law.
HydroWebs Business Platform
The platform is offered on the following plans:
- Essential — $79/month
- Growth — $149/month
- Pro — $249/month
The features available to you depend on your active plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Billing through Paddle
HydroWebs uses Paddle to handle subscription billing. Paddle may process billing information, subscription information, payment information, and invoices or receipts. HydroWebs does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers. You can manage your billing through the available billing-management flow.
Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be cancelled through billing management.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- Access generally remains until the effective cancellation date.
- Cancelling does not automatically delete your CRM or workspace data.
- Paid features may become unavailable once paid access ends.
Upgrades and downgrades
You may change plans where that option is available, and billing adjustments are handled through Paddle. Downgrading does not automatically delete existing CRM records, appointments, AI conversation history, integrations or reporting data, but some higher-tier features may become inaccessible until you upgrade again.
Complimentary and manually managed access
HydroWebs may grant free access, temporary trials, trial extensions, or manually managed plans. These may expire or be withdrawn in line with the terms of the grant.
Accounts
You agree to:
- provide accurate account information;
- protect your login credentials;
- notify us of any suspected unauthorized access;
- not intentionally share access in order to bypass subscription or team limits.
HydroWebs may suspend access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, serious abuse, legal requirements, or non-payment.
Customer responsibility
Business customers are responsible for:
- the information they put into HydroWebs;
- the customer and contact information they collect;
- having permission or another lawful basis to contact their leads and customers;
- configuring their services and opening hours correctly;
- actions taken by their team members;
- complying with applicable marketing and privacy laws.
AI features
Pro or otherwise eligible plans may include AI-powered functionality. AI may help answer enquiries, qualify leads, create or update CRM records, suggest booking times, book appointments, and hand conversations to staff.
- AI can make mistakes, and its output may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Businesses remain responsible for how they configure and use AI features.
- Businesses are responsible for the FAQs, instructions, business details and other information they supply to the AI.
- AI must not be relied on for high-stakes legal, medical, financial or similar professional decisions.
- HydroWebs may temporarily disable AI features due to security, abuse, provider outages, configuration issues, or plan restrictions.
AI interactions with visitors
Where legally required, businesses may need to provide appropriate disclosure or obtain consent when their customers interact with an AI assistant. The assistant should not be presented as a human.
Automations
You can configure workflow automations, and you are responsible for reviewing your rules before enabling them. Automations may send email, change CRM data, trigger webhooks, create notes, or perform other configured actions, and incorrect configuration may cause unintended actions. We cannot guarantee that every automation executes instantly or without interruption.
Communications
HydroWebs must not be used for spam, phishing, fraudulent messages, illegal marketing, or unauthorized bulk outreach. Customers are responsible for having permission or lawful grounds to send messages to their contacts.
Google Calendar
The Google Calendar integration is optional and currently provides one-way synchronization. You authorize access through Google’s permission flow and can disconnect the integration at any time. Provider outages or revoked permissions may stop synchronization.
Your data
You keep ownership of the business and customer information you submit to HydroWebs. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, transmit, display, secure and maintain that data in order to provide the service. HydroWebs does not claim ownership of your CRM data.
Website project intellectual property
Ownership or licensing of custom website deliverables may depend on the specific project agreement and on payment being completed. HydroWebs keeps ownership of its pre-existing systems, tools, reusable code, components, methods, platform technology and know-how. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses.
Platform intellectual property
HydroWebs retains all rights to its platform, source code, branding, design system, software, documentation and proprietary systems. A subscription grants permission to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.
Third-party services
We use external providers to operate parts of the service, in areas such as hosting, database and authentication, AI, transactional email, billing, and calendar integrations. Their outages or service changes may affect HydroWebs features.
Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software issues, third-party provider outages, internet or infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
No guaranteed business results
HydroWebs does not guarantee specific revenue, leads, conversions, search rankings, business growth, or AI accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HydroWebs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes
We may update the service or these Terms. Where required, material changes will be given reasonable notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law remain unaffected.
