Platform subscriptions
Plans:
- Essential — $79/month
- Growth — $149/month
- Pro — $249/month
- Subscriptions renew automatically until they are cancelled.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- You keep access until then, where applicable.
- Cancelling does not automatically delete your CRM or workspace information.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account applicable law, Paddle and payment provider rules, and the individual circumstances.
Website projects
- Custom projects may require a deposit or upfront payment.
- Payment terms are agreed before work begins.
- Completed custom work may not be refundable simply because the customer changes their mind.
- Third-party costs already incurred may not be recoverable.
- Cancellation before significant work has begun may be handled differently.
- Project-specific agreements may contain additional refund or cancellation terms.

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact hello.hydrowebs@gmail.com first where practical — most billing problems are resolved quickly and directly. This does not affect your right to use the dispute processes offered by your payment provider or any rights you have under applicable law.
